&lt;p&gt;as i’m staying away from the scales for a month, i’mma measure myself instead of weighing in on wednesdays to keep track of things. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;flexibility is &lt;strong&gt;definitely&lt;/strong&gt; something i need to work on, but i feel &lt;strong&gt;so&lt;/strong&gt; good. gonna make stretching a compulsory part of my wake up routine.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;GW3:147&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;GW4: 140&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Pretty good timing on the goal front, given that the next month with be focussed on wellness and self care rather than numbers on a scale.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;A while back I set myself rewards for these Goals. The rewards for GW1 was 10 bikram yoga class. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;my grandpa passed away last week within days of my bf flying to another continent to work for the next few months. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;felt sorry for myself. ate like crap. skipped workouts. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;picked myself up and dusted myself off.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;now i just wanna work on being happy and taking care of myself.&lt;/p&gt;
